Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made.

Requests for delegate substitution may be considered at the discretion of the Organising Committee and must be submitted in writing before the registration deadline.

No refund will be provided for non-attendance after registration.

GST

GST is not applicable. The registration fee mentioned above is the final payable amount.

Workshop Charges

Workshop registration is separate from the conference registration. Delegates interested in attending workshops must register separately and pay the applicable workshop fee.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee. Delegates are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodation. Details of nearby accommodation options may be provided separately by the Organising Committee.

Certificate Eligibility

Delegates who fulfil the prescribed attendance requirements will be eligible to receive a Conference Participation Certificate.

Programme Changes

The Organising Committee reserves the right to modify the scientific programme, speakers, sessions, or event schedule if required.
